Product Description

Lug style butterfly valve with lever handle provides bi-directional service without a downstream flange, and bubble-tight shutoff. Lug style butterfly valve with lever handle is installed using bilateral screws (and no nuts),which can be adapted for all types of fluid and constraint and, like WAFER, LUG butterfly valves have two friction points.Lug style butterfly valve with lever handle is ideal for commercial and some light industrial process applications, including HVAC and vacuum services, in addition to hot and cold potable water.

Lug style butterfly valve with lever handle is available in pressure rating of PN 10, PN 16, Class 150,which is available in body and disc material of cast Iron, ductile iron, carbon steel (WCB), SS 304 (CF8), SS 316 (CF8M) or other material.Lug style butterfly valve with lever handle comes with wide range of Rubber Liner Options like Black Nitrile, EPDM, Viton, Hypalon, Silicon etc and metal seated structure for sever working condition.

Lug style butterfly valve with lever handle operation options include lever, gear unit, motorized, electrical actuator,pneumatic actuator (double / single acting).Lug style butterfly valve can also be supplied with special arrangement of long neck, extended stem, locking arrangement, limit switch and chain wheel operator.The lug style body has universal design to fit between pipe flanges of almost all popular flange standards.

2. Seat liner extending on to the contact faces ensures perfect sealing and eliminates the need for separate flange gaskets.
3. Unique triple sealing system for shaft sealing ensures zero leakage of the media past the shaft seals.
4.Narrow land disc ensures perfect sealing with least operating torque requirements.
