D942X Motorized double offset butterfly valve is composed of double offset soft seated butterfly valve and on-off type electric actuator for water systsm automatic control. D942X Motorized double offset butterfly valve is soft seat design, which uses a disc offset from the center of its seat, due to which it is named as Double Offset butterfly valve. In this setting, the disc is eccentric or offset from the seat of the valve. When the disc begins to rotate, it shifts away from the seat instead of around it. In fact, this design utilizes line pressure to help give it a proper sealing. NBR or EPDM seat are used commonly as a seat material in D942X Motorized double offset butterfly valve, which have a wide application in water treatment system.
